TASTING NOTES

We discover a dark red robe, a powerful nose rich in aromas of candied red fruit, the palate is powerful, tannic and pleasant.

The Royal Mascara Vieille Vigne is distinguished and very elegant.

ORIGIN

The Coteaux de Mascara are located on the Benichougrane Mountains, located 350 km west of Algiers, at an altitude of 650 to 950 m. This terroir, which is favorably exposed to the sunshine of the vines, is ideal for obtaining concentrated and aromatic grapes.

WINEMAKING

After collecting and sorting the grapes by hand, the fermentation is purely traditional. Extraction by load shedding at low temperature and a pre and post fermentation maceration.
