KOUTOUBIA white

TASTING NOTES

Koutoubia white gives a fruity and mellow taste and combines the aroma with its bouquet. This great wine has a beautiful vivacity in the mouth.

ORIGIN

From a well-known terroir for its production of large wines in the Oran region "Bordj region" in Mascara which is located 90 km southeast of Oran at an altitude of 750m on a loamy-sandy-clay soil.

WINEMAKING

Harvested manually, the grapes are sorted at the entrance in cellar. This wine is vinified to a controlled temperature included between 15 and 17 ° C to preserve the maximum of aromas.

SERVING

Serve between 10 and 12 °C
