ORIGIN

The region of Tlemcen is located 150 km west of Oran, the vineyard is grown in the mountains at an altitude ranging from 700 to 800 m. The climate is cool and dry.

The soils are sandstone mixed with marls and rest on a rich limestone participates together in obtaining these red mountain wines.

WINEMAKING

Harvested manually, the grapes are sorted at the entrance in cellar. This wine is vinified to a controlled temperature included between 15 and 17 ° C to preserve the maximum of aromas.
