TASTING NOTES

The Coteaux de Mascara is full-bodied, seductive by the intensity of it’s spiced aromas (cinnamon, pepper, liquorice) and dried fruits (dried figs, prunes, dried apricots) and by the harmony of his body.

ORIGIN

The hillsides of Mascara are located on the mountains of Bénichougrane, located about 350 km west of Algiers, with an altitude from 650 to 950 m. This soil exposed favorably at the sunshine of the vines, is ideal for obtaining concentrated and aromatic clusters.

WINEMAKING

Manual harvesting and sorting, followed by stemming and crushing of the harvesting grapes. The blend of grape varieties is made at the vatting with natural yeast

SERVING

Aerate this young wine so that it can soften and settle. Serve between 16° and 18° C CONSERVATION: to drink in the year
